1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flevro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Flevro is a cloud-based spaced repetition application utilizing the FSRS-5 scheduling algorithm. The app synchronizes your data across all your devices.

3. User Data and Synchronization

Your flashcards, decks, and review history are stored securely on our servers and synchronized across your devices:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You retain all rights to the content you create and synchronize through our servers via the client application.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, matching design identity, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flevro and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes before they become effective. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
